Where can I find the amendment proposals for the 2026 convocation?

Hi Henry, I’ve asked the same question and have yet to receive an answer. For me it’s a bit concerning to be voting on by-law changes without knowing what they are.

If you click on the link in the email and go to the "Portal Link" and log in, there are ATTACHMENTS, one of which is "Convocation 2026 -- English"
You can read the entire document there.

As for the amendments, is shows each of them with:

"Agenda point X, Proposed change to Article V.3Y.Z the Casa del Mar By-Laws

The current Article reads:
Current version
The New Article section would read:
Proposed version"

Everything is spelled out there.

Resumes of the Candidates for the Board are also there.

Where can I find a complete list of the by-laws?

From the Menu in the Owner's Area choose "Information & Forms for Casa del Mar Owners"

From there you will have to read the headings yourself.

There is actually a LOT of information there....
